SparkGrid Energy helps Victorian homes and businesses upgrade to smarter, cleaner and more efficient energy systems. We provide air conditioning upgrades, heat pump hot water solutions, solar panel systems, solar battery storage and solar maintenance support. Our goal is to make energy upgrades simple, transparent and practical by helping customers understand their options, check potential eligibility and coordinate installation through qualified professionals.

What SparkGrid Energy Does

SparkGrid Energy is a Victorian energy upgrade and energy-efficiency solutions business. We help residential and commercial customers reduce energy costs and move toward cleaner, more efficient electric energy systems.

1. Air Conditioning Upgrades

We help customers install efficient reverse-cycle air conditioning — single split, multi-split and ducted systems. We help replace old gas heaters, electric heaters and outdated air conditioners based on property needs and possible rebate eligibility.

2. VEU Air Conditioning Discounts

We help eligible Victorian customers understand possible discounts under the Victorian Energy Upgrades program. SparkGrid assists with eligibility checks, enquiry collection, photo collection and coordination with VEU Accredited Providers and licensed installers.

SparkGrid Energy assists customers with VEU upgrade enquiries and coordination. Final eligibility, discount amount, product approval, installation requirements and VEEC creation are subject to assessment and approval by the relevant VEU Accredited Provider.

3. Heat Pump Hot Water Systems

We help customers upgrade from gas or electric hot water to efficient heat pump systems — reducing energy use, moving away from gas, and checking possible rebate eligibility.

4. Solar Panel Systems

We help customers explore and install solar systems including sizing, panel/inverter options, STC discount guidance and solar + battery packages.

5. Solar Battery Storage

We help customers add battery storage including hybrid inverters, backup options and sizing guidance.

6. Solar Maintenance and Servicing

Health checks, inverter checks, performance reviews, fault checking and upgrade recommendations.

Our Business Role

SparkGrid Energy is a sales, lead generation, customer support and project coordination company for energy upgrade services. We generate enquiries, explain options, check basic eligibility, collect property information, send preliminary quotes, coordinate with accredited providers and installers, and provide post-installation follow-up.
